Google Review - Christmas Hamper Competition

Existing customers who review us on Google (https://g.page/r/CXBZ_CFgj-zjEB0/review) on or before midnight on the 22nd December 2023 will (subject to these Terms and Conditions) and will be entered in with a chance to WIN a Christmas Hamper worth £100.

This promotion will run from the 17th December 2023 until 22nd December 2023.

  1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, existing customers who leave a review on Google will be entered into a random prize drawer to receive a Hamper worth £100.
  2. The Reward will be a Christmas Hamper and will have a value of £100 (the “Reward”).
  3. The Reward will be sent to the customer directly
  4. The review must be left on Google at the following location: https://g.page/r/CXBZ_CFgj-zjEB0/review
  5. To be eligible, you need to:
  6. Be an existing Gecko Homes / Southway Housing Trust customer; and,
  7. Leave a review on our Google My Business page for Gecko Homes; and,
  8. Not be in any payment arrers with Gecko Homes / Southway Housing Trust: and,
  9. Have a valid customer account login
  10. You will not be eligible for the offer if:
  11. You are not an existing Gecko Homes / Southway Housing Trust customer; and
  12. You are in arrears or have otherwise been in breach of your current tenancy at any time during your tenancy; and / or,
  13. The review is 2* or below; and / or,
  14. You will only qualify to rbe entered into a random prize draw once your review is complete and visible on our Google Reviews section.
  15. For a review status to be confirmed and for you to enter into the random prize drawer, your tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
  16. In order to process your entitlement to enter the random prize draw, once your eligibility has been confirmed, we will be required to share some basic information (including name, email address etc.) with our approved third party who will be providing the Hamper.  This will then enable the chosen provider to process your application.
  17. The prize will be sent on the 23rd December on a next day delivery and there is no guarantee this will arrive before the 25th December 2023.
  18. The Hamper will not be provided to you if you:
  19. have not provided a valid email address at the point of leaving your review; and / or,
  20. you do not have an up-to-date payment status as at 17th December 2023;
  21. The Hamper is provided by the chosen provider subject to the correct information being provided
  22. Any amendments made to the review after the offer ends will invalidate this promotional offer.
  23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  24. Gecko Homes reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
